(STILLWATER, OKLA. Sept. 11, 2015) The City of Stillwater will hold storm debris cleanup days to help residents affected by the Sept. 11 thunderstorms.
The City is working to schedule the dates and areas crews will be located to assist residents who might need help disposing downed limbs and branches.
The list of dates and locations when officially scheduled will be updated to http://stillwater.org/city_will_hold_storm_debris_cleanup_days.php.
Other options to get rid of tree and plant debris is to bag or bundle it and leave it at the curb as yard waste during one’s regular collection day. Up to 10 bags or bundles of yard waste are allowed each collection day.
Customers can also bring one load of plant debris each day to the Convenience Collection Center at 807 S. Perkins Road. Bring a copy of your utility bill. Trailers are not allowed at the center.
Another option is to request a special residential collection. Call Customer Service at 405-742-8269 to schedule a pickup. Customers are allowed two pickups a year with no charge.
